  1. 1975

    Fondation à Genève

    Création de STS Industrie SA à Genève.

  2. 1983

    STS devient Shipley STS

    Le groupe américain Shipley acquiert la majorité des parts de l’entreprise.

  3. 1990

    Retour à l’indépendance

    Shipley revend ses parts au fondateur. L’entreprise prend le nom de STS Industrie SA.

  4. 1996

    Reprise d’Osci Galvano

    STS reprend la société Osci Galvano, à Yverdon, dirigée par M. Schopfer.

  5. 2001

    Départ des fondateurs

    Les parts sont reprises à 90 % par la société française Sleti et à 10 % par M. Schopfer.

  6. 2003

    Installation à Yvonand

    STS s’installe dans ses locaux actuels, au Chemin des Cerisiers à Yvonand.

  7. 2014

    M. Schopfer reprend la société

    Le propriétaire de Sleti prend sa retraite. M. Schopfer reprend les 90 % des parts.

  8. 2017

    Rachat par trois cadres

    Au départ du propriétaire, trois cadres présents dans l’entreprise depuis plus de 20 ans reprennent STS.

  9. 2020

    Reprise de Vibrobot

    STS reprend la société Vibrobot.

  10. 2025

    50 ans de savoir-faire

    STS Industrie SA célèbre son 50e anniversaire.
