Osciline technology^® saves space and water without reducing productivity. It achieves optimum rinsing results with triple cascades, without sacrificing production space.

On an OSCILINE automatic galvano machine, the tanks are distributed over 2 levels; the active baths are located on the upper level. Each active bath is followed by a bath transfer rinse tank. The tanks for the triple cascade are located on the lower level. The rinse water circulates from one level to the next via a high-flow transfer pump. Average transfer time: 30 to 45 seconds.

By distributing the tanks over 2 separate levels, it is possible to integrate more active baths into a production line, without having to use additional space. Products are transported from bath to bath using a cantilever or bridge conveyor.

This type of machine is suitable for parts transported by VIBARREL vibration units.^®They can also be made into small baskets or barrels.
