The Vibroset 223 is a vibration unit designed for surface treatment lines for baskets from 90mm to 350mm in diameter and loads of up to 5 kilos.

Designed by VIBROBOT SA, the VIBROSET system consists of a vibrator and a basket that use a vibrating movement to process delicate parts without damaging them.

The VIBROSET 223 is a compact machine with automatic vibration control technology developed by VIBROBOT SA. This system analyses and compensates the vibration power according to the load, the basket diameter and the density of the baths, in order to obtain a perfect and stable vibration throughout the cycle.

This device can be easily adapted to existing line transfer and contact systems.
